Kara Luckett – Owner / Webmaster / Graphic Designer / Website Security Professional
Kara began her 30 year career working for Marketing Force as a specialty marketing supervisor over several multi-million dollar accounts. Cover Girl, Disney Buena Vista, M & M Mars, Bonne Bell, Sega, Nintendo and Pillsbury are among the list of companies in Kara’s marketing portfolio.
Following her passion lead Kara to teach multimedia, graphics, and web design at Pensacola State College. During her tenure, she also worked for Against the Clock & Prentice Hall, writing instructional how-to chapters projects, using Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and WordPress.
In 2010 she became the branding manager for Wind Creek Casino, one of the fastest growing resort brands throughout the US and abroad. The relationships built during her time at Wind Creek Casino helped in her decision to branch out on her own.
Kara believes in giving back to her community and serves on several nonprofit boards including IMPACT100 Pensacola Bay Area, Pensacola Children’s Business Fair, and Mission Wonder Women. Her board position includes Website development, and design, graphic design, and social media. Her establish relationships within nonprofits in the communities within Alabama and Northwest Florida has been another of Kara’s latest ventures. Women helping women and small businesses is part of her B’ Creative Brand.
Kara believes there is a better way of branding, rebranding, or launching a new business. She creates relationships and brands that have stood the test of time.
Barbara Little – Branding Content Writer & Strategist
Barbara Little Works with each client to help dig deeply into your company culture, vibe, personnel, and customer base to determine the best way to communicate and represent your brand. When establishing an identity, she’ll ensure that every piece of marketing supports your brand image and aligns with user expectations. Barbara is from Texas and is retired from a 45-year career as an environmental attorney. She has BA and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She was the youngest female law professor in U.S. at the University of Houston, then the first environmental attorney for Shell Oil & Chemical, representing Shell on the American Petroleum Institute and Chemical Manufacturers Association as the first female committee member. She became vice president for Health, Safety and Environment of Republic Waste Management, and in 1985 became a partner at Jackson Kelly PLLC. She served on the Texas Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. She joined IMPACT 100 in 2020 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021. She serves on the board of IMPACT 100 and previously served on the Board of Directors for WSRE PBS, and currently volunteers for Pensacola Jazz Society and Martha’s Vineyard.
Kate Treick – Photographer Specialist & sales consultant
Kate Treick is a storyteller, and she takes great delight in sharing the stories of the residents of Nature Trail. She has a background in history and literature and taught students both at the college level and in middle school before her children were born. When her kids were small she began photographing families and children professionally, leading her to open a photography studio when they started school. In 2019 she had the opportunity to help with the launch of Stroll Nature Trail (at the time called Happy Trails Living), and became the owner in March of 2020. It has been her joy to see Stroll Nature Trail take root and flourish.
Kate is very active in many community groups including Impact 100, the Pensacola Women’s Alliance, Leadership Pensacola, and the Chamber of Commerce, and she supports local non-profits by volunteering her photography at local events. Kate Treick specializes in portraits of children, families, and dancers. Kate also specializes in business branding photography as well as headshots and commercial photography services for your business.
Jae Vogel – Website specialist
Jae Vogel started a second career in real estate in 2007. She promoted real estate listings, services, and teams by marketing online and traditional marketing. She helped redesign, build, and maintain the IMPACT 100 website. Jae managed website content currency for charitable events, as well as manage their social media content. She is a graduate of the University of
West Florida.

Magi Thomley Williams – ALB, ACB
Magi Thomley Williams ALB, ACB enjoys a multi-faceted career in public relations, marketing, and communications. She has created and executed promotional campaigns for companies in real estate development, publishing, casino resorts, hospitality, and more. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida. Williams’ work includes content creation for traditional and social media, conceiving and pitching newsworthy stories, developing young PR professionals, ghostwriting for executives, advocating for clients, and creating newsworthy events. Philanthropic initiatives her work supports include PTSD treatment, women in politics, education, and tourism..
